Tim Development & Construction Sdn Bhd was established in the year 1981. Since its inception, the company has developed and constructed numerous successful residential projects which includes its debut project in Taman Bukit Mentakab, Pahang and its most recent project in Taman Suria, Sungai Long, Kajang where 228 units of homes were successfully handed over in year 2009.

The company prides itself in adopting a policy whereby it would only take one project at a time to ensure that each project is handled diligently and given the utmost priority in their quest to build quality homes that are consistently delivered on time.
